Learn calligraphy from the age of six.

               However,

because I was a student who was too curious about other phenomena, years passed and I completely forgot about calligraphy.

- After that, it took more than 15 years to rediscover the charm of the brush -

The sudden re-encounter with the brush was triggered by an incident in South Africa.

During my three-year stay, I came from a cultural area where characters are not only written horizontally but also vertically.

The performance of the calligraphy that I went to explain. This unexpectedly received a favorable reception, which triggered the opportunity to resume calligraphy.

After that, I held workshops at the Steiner Art Education Elementary School in South Africa, and conducted calligraphy lessons for local residents. .

After returning to Japan, in order to put that experience to good use, I held regular calligraphy lessons for guests from overseas at a ryokan in Kyoto. Currently, due to the influence of the corona virus, I have temporarily left the calligraphy experience lecturer and is creating my own calligraphy (Vision Calligraphy) that combines images with calligraphy.

The calligraphy course is scheduled to resume, the day is near.
